What it means to be a collective…

In a collective Pilates studio instructors handle their own pricing, payments, and scheduling, each instructor has personal autonomy over their classes while sharing studio space and resources. This setup allows for individualized pricing and flexible schedules, promotes a collaborative and supportive studio environment, and provides clients with diverse class options. Instructors benefit from shared costs and contribute to a strong, community-focused atmosphere.

Nicole Brown

Pilates instructor

I discovered Pilates in 2019 following a recommendation from my chiropractor as a means to manage a debilitating pinched nerve. This condition severely limited my daily activities—I was unable to perform basic movements like planks, push-ups, sit-ups, or even get out of bed without assistance. The pain was so intense that I relied heavily on pain patches just to function. Exercising with this condition seemed impossible, but I was determined to find relief and reclaim my life.

Pilates became not only my path to rehabilitation but also a source of peace and healing. The practice brought me back to my roots as a dancer, reminding me of the joy and resilience I found in movement. Just as I used to push through one more “run-through” during my dance days, I now channel that same determination and passion into Pilates.

Today, I am grateful to share my journey and help others find strength, balance, and healing through Pilates. It is my passion to serve and support others on their wellness

As a certified Pilates instructor with a Level 1 & 2 Peak Pilates certification. I am also certified in pre and postnatal Pilates and have been teaching since June 2022.

My Pilates journey began after I was diagnosed with fibroids, and I sought to strengthen my core both before and after undergoing a myomectomy. Through Pilates, I discovered a powerful way to connect my mind and body, blending strength and spirituality through movement.
Pilates is more than just physical exercise to me—it’s about healing and finding balance. I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of Pilates, whether they are beginning their journey or deepening their practice. I can’t wait to be a part of your Pilates experience and guide you towards a stronger, more connected self.

Roxie Gonzalez

Certified Yoga Instructor

About Me: I am retired from a career in the oil and gas industry. During that time, my doctor advised me to learn how to manage stress. A breast cancer diagnosis prompted me to focus on my health. After finishing the treatment, I decided to prioritize self-care. I began searching for a holistic lifestyle and approach to managing my stress and lifestyle. This marked the start of my journey into Yoga and Ayurveda.

With over 15 years of experience in the practice and teaching of yoga, I am passionate about guiding students on their journey towards physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. I obtained a 200-hour RYT certification from Yoga Therapy College, Yoga for Everybody in 2014, specializing in Hatha Yoga. Additionally, I received a 300-hour RYT certification from The Hard and The Soft Institute in 2021, with a specialization in Astanga Yoga.

Nancy Wramsby

yoga instructor

Since 2021, I have been guiding students through a transformative yoga journey, offering a variety of styles and dynamic flows. My yoga including Yin, guided yoga, journey began as a way to recover from intense lifting and group fitness classes, but it soon evolved into something much deeper, especially during the quarantine period. Yoga became a healing practice, not just for my body but for my mind and spirit as well.

With a background as a competitive dancer, movement has always been a vital part of my life, and yoga has deepened that connection. I am passionate about providing a safe, welcoming space for my students. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help you grow in your practice and discover the profound benefits yoga can bring to your life.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and continually enhance my knowledge by attending training events and practicing regularly, embracing the belief that we are all lifelong students of yoga.
